Our beers are rigorously crafted: they aren't filtered or pasteurized to keep the original properties of the raw materials intact.
Since they do not contain any preservatives, they require extra care to preserve their quality: a cool and dark place is ideal.
It should be noted that beer in a bottle and beer in a can are substantially different.
In bottle the beer ferments again, being kept 15 days at a costant temperature of 25°C until the carbonation process finishes.
In cans the beer doesn't ferment again and this is why beer in a can is more similar to beer on tap. The inside of the cans is covered by a thin food-adapted wrap which protects the product from direct contact with aluminum.
We recommend to you that you try both to find your favourite method of storage.
