Traditional Bock

Low-fermented beer with ivory-colored foam.
Olfactory sensations recall red fruits, caramel and dried fruits.
In the mouth it is reminiscent of chestnut honey, leaving room for the fruity sensations perceived in the nose.
The long cold maturation makes it round and harmonious.
Nubia

Baltic Porter

Low-fermented dark black beer.
The olfactory sensations remind of panna cotta, coffee and dark chocolate.
The mouthfeel is full-bodied, rounded, with a strong hint of oat enhancing the body.
The finish is slightly bitter, due to toasted malts.

Wabi

Golden Ale

A top-fermented beer with a golden color and firm white foam.
On the nose, Slovenian hops (Styrian Dana, Styrian Golding, Aurora) release aromas reminiscent of wildflowers and freshly mowed hay with hints of lemony notes.
In the mouth, the slight honeyiness is quickly covered by a pleasant bitterness that ends in a very dry finish.
