The beer in cans isn't fermented again, which makes the product more similar to beer on tap. The inside of the cans is covered by a thin food-adapted wrap which protects the product from direct contact with aluminum.
The beer in bottles is fermented again. It is kept for 15 days at a costant temperature of 25°C, waiting for the carbonation progress to end.
