Backdoor Bitter

High-fermented, amber beer with great character.
Develops hints of pink pepper, cedar wood, grapefruit on the nose.
The mouthfeel is caramelized, but quickly progresses to resinous and herbaceous notes reminiscent of gentian root and genepy.

Ipa Fever

High-fermentation pale ale.
Bringing the glass to the nose, the abundant American and Australian double dry hopping immediately stands out, giving off a mix of ripe fruit, tropical fruit and flowers.
Pouring it into the glass a generous cap of foam forms and sipping it we rediscover the sensations perceived on the nose closing the drink with a slightly bittering note.

Nubia

Low-fermented beer with an impenetrable black color.
The olfactory sensations recall panna cotta, coffee and dark chocolate.
In the mouth it is full-bodied, soft, round, with oats accentuating the body.
Delicately bitter finish, essentially donated by the roasted malts.

Wabi

A top-fermented beer with a golden color and firm white foam.
On the nose Slovenian hops (Styrian Dana, Styrian Golding, Aurora) release aromas reminiscent of wildflowers and freshly mowed hay with hints of lemony notes.
In the mouth, the slight honeyiness is quickly covered by a pleasant bitterness that ends in a very dry finish.
